The most recent project we had was a translation of 155k words of general specialization from English into Danish with a deadline of 3 weeks.
Synergium worked with the Amazon team to create a mix of project management solutions designed to increase the efficiency and productivity of translations, including:
- Usage of modern translation management systems;
- Creation of a terminology glossary and sharing it across different projects;
- Having a dedicated PM and QA team.
