In October-November, 2011 SYNERGIUM conducted the customer satisfaction survey.
We were happy to learn that our dedication to translation quality and its improvement was appreciated by most of you and positively evaluated (94% of respondents, Diagram 1).
The steps we have taken in order to achieve these results are:
- The teams of dedicated linguists for certain project lines
- More spot-checks in the process of translation
- Regular feedbacks
- Stricter quality assurance procedures
The analysis also showed that key factors you value the most in cooperation (Diagram 2) with localization services providers are:
- Quality Assurance (92% of respondents have chosen it from other characteristics)
- On-time Delivery (88%)
- PM Team Communication & Responsiveness (64%)
Based on these results we are committed to prioritizing these areas and consolidating our team further in order to be a more reliable and flexible Baltic partner for you.
The actions already taken:
- Optimized procedure for testing and evaluation of the new linguists
- Expanding the editors team
- PM team performance measuring and evaluation on the monthly basis. Among the most essential criteria – on-time delivery, the quality of communication and responsiveness based on your feedbacks
- Regular customer servicing trainings. New from this year – PM team examination!
We are very happy that you are satisfied with our adherence to the deadlines. The results showed that 98% respondents are positive about our on-time deliveries (Diagram 3).
What is more, 98% of the respondents are satisfied with Synergium PM Team communication, responsiveness, helpfulness and accessibility (Diagram 4).
